Ten Entertainment Group PLC announces that it has received notification that Graham Blackwell, Chief Commercial officer of the Company, disposed of 42,211 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), at an average price of 162.9 pence per Ordinary Share, for an aggregate value of £68,755.65. These shares were disposed of to cover the income tax liability that arose when Graham Blackwell exercised his share options from the 2017 Scheme that vested on 22 May 2020 as disclosed in RNS 7854N.
