Appointment of Senior Independent Director

The Board has today agreed to appoint Adam Bellamy as Senior Independent Director.  Adam has been an independent Board Director since November 2018 and will retain his role as Chair of the Audit Committee and now take on the additional roles of Senior independent Director and Chair of the Remuneration Committee.
