Stock Exchange Announcement Templeton Emerging Markets Investment Trust PLC ("the Company") Dividend Declaration Legal Entity Identifier 5493002NMTB70RZBXO96

The Directors have agreed that the Company will pay an interim dividend of 1.00 pence per Ordinary Share in respect of the six-month period to 30 September 2021. The dividend will be payable on 10 January 2022 to shareholders on the register at close of business on 3 December 2021. The ex-dividend date is 2 December 2021.
