The Directors propose an ordinary dividend of 14.00 pence per Ordinary Share. If approved by shareholders at the AGM, to be held on 8 July 2021, the dividend will be payable on 15 July 2021 to shareholders on the register on 18 June 2021. The ex-dividend date is 17 June 2021.
