Notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth)

This notice is given by Temple & Webster Group Ltd ACN 608 595 660 (Temple & Webster) under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) (“Corporations Act”).

Temple & Webster refers to its announcement on 2 July 2020 in relation to its successful placement to raise $40 million. Temple & Webster has today issued 12,400 fully paid ordinary shares at an issue price of $5.70 per share (“New Shares”).

Temple & Webster Group Ltd gives notice that:

1. the New Shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Act;

2. Temple & Webster is providing this notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act;

3. as at the date of this notice, Temple & Webster has complied with:

4. a. the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to Temple & Webster; and

5. b. section 674 of the Corporations Act; and

6. as at the date of this notice, there is no excluded information of the type referred to in sections 708A(7) or 708A(8) of the Corporations Act that is required to be set out in this notice under section 708A(6)(e) of the Corporations Act.
