Appointment of Non-Executive Director
Temple & Webster Group Limited ( ASX:TPW or the Company ), Australia’s leading online retailer for furniture and homewares, is pleased to announce the appointment of Michael Malone as a Non-Executive Director with effect from 1 October 2025.
Michael brings extensive founder and executive experience in building and scaling technology businesses, having led iiNet from a startup to one of Australia's largest telecommunications companies, and co-founding and chairing Diamond Cyber Security until its sale to CyberCX.
During his career, Michael has demonstrated strong strategic vision, operational excellence and proven customer leadership in innovation sectors, in addition to having over 20 years’ experience as a public company director. His background in technology, digital transformation and public company governance will be valuable as Temple & Webster continues to execute its growth strategy to become Australia’s largest furniture and homewares retailer.

His proven track record of building successful technology companies, combined with his deep understanding of digital business models and public company governance, will be invaluable and makes him an ideal addition to our Board."
Michael is currently on the board of Health Engine Ltd, and ASX-listed companies Seven West Media and Jumbo Interactive. He previously served as a non-executive director of nbnco, Superloop and Wisetech Global. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Mathematics) and a Diploma of Education from the University of Western Australia, and is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Australian Institute of Management and the Australian Computer Society.
Michael will be a member of both the Audit and Risk Committee and Nomination and Remuneration Committee.
