2025 Annual General Meeting & Closing Date for Director Nominations

Temple & Webster Group Limited ( ASX:TPW or the Company ), Australia’s leading online retailer for furniture and homewares, advises that the Company’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Wednesday 26 November 2025 at 11.00am AEDT.

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.1 the Company advises that the closing date for receipt of nominations of persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 5.00pm on Wednesday 8 October 2025.

The Notice of Meeting containing details of how to attend and vote at the AGM will be provided in due course.
