THIRD INTERIM DIVIDEND

The Board of Temple Bar Investment Trust Plc has today declared its third interim dividend for the year ending 31 December 2024 of 3.0 pence per ordinary share (the third interim dividend for the year ended 31 December 2023 was 2.5 pence per ordinary share). The third interim dividend will be paid on 30 December 2024 to those shareholders registered at the close of business on 22 November 2024.

The shares will go ex-dividend on 21 November 2024.
