Tempest Minerals Limited (ASX: TEM) – Trading Halt
Description
The securities of Tempest Minerals Limited (‘TEM’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of TEM, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Thursday, 26 August 2021 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt
Tempest Minerals Limited (“Tempest” or “Company”) requests that a trading halt of its securities be granted by ASX with effect from prior to commencement of trading today, Tuesday 24 August 2021.
For the purposes of Listing Rule 17.1, Tempest provides the following information:

(a) The trading halt is requested for the purposes of finalising a capital raising.

(b) Tempest requests the trading halt remains in place until the commencement of trading on Thursday, 26 August 2021 unless before that time Tempest makes an announcement in relation to the capital raising.

(c) Tempest is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
The Board of the Company has authorised the release of this announcement to the market.
