Brian Moller appointed as Chairman

Lithium Consolidated Mineral Exploration Ltd (“LCME” or the “Company”) is pleased to announce that Brian Moller has been appointed as the new Chairman of LCME.

Mr Moller has been intimately involved with the Company since its incorporation on 22 April 2016 and was first appointed as a Non-Executive Director on 13 October 2016.

Mr Moller is a Senior Partner at Hopgood Ganim with 30 years’ experience. He is the Current Chairman of London Stock Exchange listed SolGold plc and NonExecutive Director of several ASX listed companies.

Mr Moller is a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Queensland and a Solicitor and Barrister of the Supreme Court of Western Australia.

Mr Moller is a Non-Executive Director of ASX listed Aguia Resources Ltd, DGR Global Ltd, Platina Resources Ltd, Dark Horse Resources Ltd and Non-Executive Chairman of ASX listed AusTin Ltd and Non-Executive Chairman of dual TSX and LSE listed SolGold plc.
