Şirket Yönetim kurulumuz 17.03.2022 tarihinde toplanarak gündemindeki konuyu görüşmüş olup, buna göre ;

Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun Seri: II, No: 14.1 Sayılı Tebliğ hükümleri çerçevesinde düzenlenmiş finansal tablolarında yer alan konsolide bilanço net dönem karımız 24.948.307-TL, Vergi Usul Kanunu hükümleri çerçevesinde düzenlenmiş mali tablolarımızda yer alan net dönem karımız ise 18.425.706-TL'dir.

Kar Dağıtım politikamız ve esas sözleşmemizde belirtilmiş olan esaslar çerçevesinde hazırlanmış kar dağıtım talosuna göre;

Türk Ticaret Kanunun ve Sermaye Piyasası Kurulunun Kar dağıtımı ile ilgili düzenlemeleri çerçevesinde hesaplanan karın brüt 2.600.000-TL'lik kısmının nakit kar payı olarak ortaklara dağıtılmasına

TTK hükümleri uyarınca 189.125-TL'nin genel Kanuni yedek akçe olarak ayrılmasına

Kalan karın geçmiş yıl karlarına eklenmesine

Pay sahiplerine dağıtılacak nakit kar payının dağıtımının 2 eşit taksit olarak, 11 Mayıs 2022 ve 8 Haziran 2022 tarihlerinde ödenmesine ve bu konuda Yöentim Kuruluna yetkiverilmesi hususlarının içeren kar dağıtım önerisinin 2021 yılı Olağan Genel Kurul Toplantısında pay sahiplerinin onayına sunulmasına oy birliği ile karar verilmiştir.
