Please provide additional details

On 25 November 2022 Telstra notified the issue of 2,120,463 Performance Rights. This figure should have been the lower number of 1,681,460 Performance Rights. The difference is 439,003 which were allocated as Cash Rights (rights to a cash payment) instead of Performance Rights to our former CEO, because he ceased employment before the allocation date. This was in accordance with our plan rules and our disclosures in our FY22 and FY23 Remuneration Reports.
