Two tranches of Performance Rights were awarded under Telstras FY18 Executive Variable Remuneration Plan (EVP). The second tranche was subject to a Relative Total Shareholder Return (RTSR) performance condition measured over the performance period from 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2022. The RTSR performance condition for the second tranche of the FY18 EVP Performance Rights was tested following conclusion of the performance period and resulted in all of the second tranche lapsing.
