66,011 ordinary shares, equivalent to US$0.5M (approx AU$0.8M), have been held back against post completion adjustments. An additional 343,015 ordinary shares, equivalent to US$2.6M (approx. AU$4.0M), will be issued to satisfy QSAMs transaction costs (which would otherwise have been cash settled). A separate Appendix 2A will be lodged in respect of such shares (as applicable) in due course. Telix has also issued 4,284,000 Performance Rights. Refer App 3G dated 20 May 2024.
