Notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited (ASX Code: TLX) (“Company”)

Reference is made to the Appendix 2A released on 2 May 2023 and the issue of fully paid ordinary shares in Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited (“Shares”). For the purposes of section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act, the Company gives notice that:

• (a) The Company issued Shares upon the exercise of unlisted Share Options as follows:

• (b) The Company issued the shares without disclosure under part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;

• (d) As at the date of this notice there is no information which is “excluded information” (as defined in sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act) which is required to be disclosed by the Company.
