Notice under section 708A Corporations Act

Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited (ASX Code: TLX) (“Company”)

Reference is made to the Appendix 2A released on 2 July 2021 and the issue of fully paid ordinary shares in Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited (“Shares”). For the purposes of section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act, the Company gives notice that:

• (a) On 30 June 2021 the Company issued 250,000 Shares upon the exercise of 250,000 unlisted Share Options

• (b) Telix issued the shares without disclosure under part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;

• (c) as at the date of this notice the Company has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company and section 674 of the Corporations Act; and

• (d) as at the date of this notice there is no information which is “excluded information” (as defined in section 708A(7) of the Corporations Act) which is required to be disclosed by the Company.
