Telix to File Registration Statement for Proposed Initial Public Offering in the United States

Melbourne (Australia) – 17 May 2024 . Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited (ASX: TLX, Telix, the Company) announces that it plans to publicly file a registration statement on Form F-1 (Registration Statement) with the United States (U.S.) Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) today, Friday 17 May 2024 (U.S. time). This filing relates to a proposed initial public offering (Offering) of its American Depository Shares (ADSs), representing the Company’s ordinary shares, in the U.S.

The number of ordinary shares to be represented by each ADS, the number of ADSs to be offered and the price per ADS for the proposed Offering have not yet been determined. The Offering is subject to market conditions, and there can be no assurance as to whether or when the Offering may be completed. No ADSs may be sold nor may offers to buy ADSs be accepted prior to the time the registration statement becomes effective, which is subject to a U.S. SEC review process and market conditions.
