Shares issued under Institutional Placement Notice under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001

This notice is given by Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited (ACN 616 620 369) ( Company ) under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 ( Corporations Act ).

The Company today issued 22,047,273 fully paid ordinary shares ( Shares ) at an issue price of A$7.70 per Share to institutional and professional investors under the institutional placement announced on Monday, 24 January 2022.

The Company advises that:

• (a) the Shares were issued without disclosure to investors under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;

• (b)

• this notice is being given under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act;

• (c) as a disclosing entity, the Company is subject to regular reporting and disclosure obligations;

• (d) as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

• (i) the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act, as they apply to the Company; and

• (ii) sections 674 and 674A of the Corporations Act; and

• (e) as at the date of this notice, there is no information that is “excluded information” within the meanings of sections 708A(7) and 708A(8) of the Corporations Act.
