Share Purchase Plan Offer Extended to Friday, 25 February 2022

Melbourne (Australia) – 9 February 2022 . Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited (ASX: TLX, Telix, the Company) today advises that the closing date of the Share Purchase Plan (SPP), announced on 24 January 2022, will be extended to Friday, 25 February 2022 (from Friday, 11 February 2022).

The SPP follows successful completion of the Company’s $175 million placement to institutional investors (Placement) and seeks to raise up to $25 million. The SPP is being undertaken at the Offer Price of $7.70 per New Share, the same price as shares offered to institutional investors under the Placement.

Net proceeds raised under the Placement and SPP will be used to fund Telix’s clinical trial pipeline, particularly the late-stage clinical trials planned for prostate, renal and brain (glioblastoma) cancer. Funds will also be applied to other therapeutic and diagnostic assets, future pipeline, and indication expansion as outlined in the capital raise presentation dated 24 January 2022.

The extension will ensure that all Eligible Shareholders have additional time to participate in the SPP.

Eligible Shareholders that have already applied for SPP Shares under the SPP Offer are not required to resubmit their application.
