Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited (ASX: TLX) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited (‘TLX’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of TLX, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 17 July 2019 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited (ASX: TLX) (Company) requests an immediate trading halt be granted for all of its securities.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, the Company advises:

• the trading halt is requested pending an announcement regarding a proposed capital raise;

• the trading halt is requested to apply until the earlier of an announcement by the Company on the proposed capital raise, or the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday 17 July 2019; and

• the Company is not aware of any reason why a trading halt should not be granted.
