Notice under section 708A Corporations Act Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited (ASX Code: TLX)

Reference is made to the Appendix 3B released on 23 July 2019 to the ASX relating to the private placement by Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited ( Company ) to sophisticated and professional investors.

Telix has issued the shares without disclosure to investors in accordance with section 708 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ).

For the purposes of section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act, the Company confirms that:

• (b) as at the date of this notice the Company has complied with the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act as they apply to the Company and section 674 of the Corporations Act; and

• (c) as at the date of this notice there is no information which is “excluded information” (as defined in section 708A(7) of the Corporations Act) which is required to be disclosed by the Company.
