Summary of Voluntary Escrow Arrangements
Melbourne (Australia) – 15[th] January 2018 . Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited (ASX.TLX) (“ Telix ”, the “ Company ”) advises that, further to the Appendix 3B lodged today regarding the application for quotation of previously unquoted securities, being certain fully paid ordinary shares (“ Shares ”) subject to ASX-imposed mandatory escrow arrangements, the following voluntary escrow arrangements remain in place in respect of the Shares.

The total number of Shares subject to voluntary escrow is 51,635,586 Shares, representing 26.15% of the Company’s total issued Shares.

Of these Shares:

12,692,308 Shares are subject to voluntary escrow until 15 February 2018 (i.e. 3 months from Telix’s listing on ASX on 15 November 2017);

32,918,663 Shares are subject to voluntary escrow until 15 November 2018 (i.e. 12 months from listing);

384,615 Shares are subject to voluntary escrow until 15 November 2019 (i.e. 24 months from listing); and
-
5,640,000 Shares are subject to voluntary escrowed for up to 48 months from listing (decreasing by equal increments of 1,410,000 Shares on 15 November of each year).
As at 15 January 2018, no Shares subject mandatory or voluntary escrow arrangements are tradeable.
