Further to the ASX Notice released on 14 November 2017, ASX now confirms as follows.
Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited (Company) was admitted to the Official List of ASX today, Wednesday 15 November 2017.
Official quotation of the Company’s securities will commence at 12:00 pm AEDT on Wednesday, 15 November 2017 on a deferred settlement basis. The Company has raised $50.05 million by the offer of 77,000,000 ordinary shares at $0.65 per share under a prospectus dated 16 October 2017.
