Date of 2022 Annual General Meeting
Melbourne (Australia) – 6 March 2023 . Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited (ASX: TLX, Telix, the Company) today advises that the Company’s 2022 Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Wednesday, 24 May 2023 at 11am (Melbourne time).
Full details of the agenda and instructions to participate in the AGM will be provided in the Notice of Meeting scheduled to be released to the ASX on Monday, 24 April 2023 and made available on the Company’s website.
In accordance with the Company’s constitution, the closing date for the receipt of Director nominations for candidates other than those recommended by the Board is 21 March 2023, being at least 45 business days before the AGM.
