Notice Required Under ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1

Melbourne (Australia) – 10 March 2022 . In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited (ASX: TLX, “Telix”, the “Company”) advises that it is intending to hold its Annual General Meeting for 2022 (“Meeting”) on Wednesday, 18 May 2022.

An item of business at the Meeting will be the re-election of Directors. As required under ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1, Telix notifies that the closing date for receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director at the Meeting is Thursday, 17 March 2022. Accordingly, any nominations must be received at Telix’s registered office no later than 5.00 pm (AEDT) on Thursday, 17 March 2022.

Telix will announce further details regarding the Meeting, including the time of the Meeting, in a separate notice of meeting which will be provided to Shareholders in due course. The notice of meeting will also be available on the ASX Company Announcements Platform and Telix’s website at www.telixpharma.com.
