Chairman’s Address and CEO’s Address to Annual General Meeting
Melbourne (Australia) – 19[th] April 2018 . Telix Pharmaceuticals Limited (ASX.TLX, “Telix”), a clinical-stage biopharmaceutical company focused on the development of diagnostic and therapeutic products based on “molecularly-targeted radiation” (MTR), is pleased to provide the Chairman’s Address and the CEO’s Address to the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders being held today at 2:00pm, at the offices of Clarendon Lawyers, 55 Collins Street, Melbourne.
CHAIRMAN’S ADDRESS
Welcome, Ladies and Gentlemen
As you will know, Telix is an Australian company that is developing targeted radiopharmaceuticals, also referred to as “molecularly-targeted radiation”. Molecularly-targeted radiation is a novel therapeutic approach that selectively delivers radiation to cells in the body that exhibit certain molecular profiles that may be indicative of cancer. It can be used as a diagnostic to facilitate medical imaging; or it may be delivered as a therapeutic to treat a patient.
Telix completed its initial public offering on 15 November 2017. The primary driver behind the decision to list was to be able to develop an extensive pipeline of in-licensed, acquired and company-originated intellectual property (IP) focused on three major disease areas:
-
TLX-250: for the diagnosis and treatment of renal cancer, which is Telix’s lead program;
-
TLX-591: for the treatment of prostate cancer; and;
-
TLX-101: for the treatment of glioblastoma, or brain cancer.
Since the IPO, the Company has initiated a significant number of manufacturing and clinical activities aimed at unlocking the clinical and commercial value of the Company’s pipeline.
The Company is also growing a world-class product development, clinical and business development team, both in Australia and internationally, with the ability to deliver this unique technology to patients.
The founders and directors of Telix believe that radiopharmaceuticals have a much larger role to play in cancer care.
We look forward to communicating with you as we continue this journey to change cancer care.
I would like to thank my board colleagues for their commitment to the company both in time and contribution to strategy and operations and especially our Chief Executive Officer, Dr Chris Behrenbruch for his enthusiasm and drive in establishing his management team and getting our manufacturing, clinical and commercial programmes underway.

CEO’s ADDRESS
Good afternoon Shareholders and Colleagues,
I would like to echo my Chairman’s welcome to you and thank you for taking the time to join us today. Given the proximity of this AGM to our initial public offering in November of last year, my address will be brief. However, before proceeding, I would like to take a few minutes to provide a few general comments and updates.
Firstly, I would like to thank the board and management team for their support over the last six months. Upon completion of our IPO we launched into manufacturing, clinical and business development activities with a full head of steam, very much enabled by both financial and human capital. We’ve built a great team that is delivering well on the clinical programs and our progress reports and news flow since November are reflective of this.
For our lead program, TLX-250 imaging in renal cancer, we were able to file our first IMPD or clinical trial “application” to EMA before Christmas and we are awaiting the first patients into the Phase III bridging study as I speak. The Phase III program itself is in the final stages of clinical protocol development, site selection and manufacturing and we expect this to be launched by mid-year. We will start in Europe but will add US and potentially Australian sites later in the year. The associated therapy program will move ahead in a similar time frame and we are currently preparing to manufacture the material for the therapy studies.
Our prostate program – TLX-591 – also continues to progress well. You may recall from the IPO prospectus that the antibody that we use for the therapy program is in manufacturing until approximately end-year and so we expect to start clinical activity in early 2019, as planned. The manufacturing data looks very solid and we are pleased with the progress. The companion prostate cancer imaging program – our partnership with ANMI - has also made considerable progress, as evidenced by our recent announcements around the filing of an FDA drug master file and the provision of our imaging technology for Endocyte’s Phase III trial. These are significant milestones that are helping Telix to firmly establish its reputation as a meaningful player in this space. Particular kudos to Dr Bernard Lambert, the head of our US business, who has done a stellar job in making this happen.
Lastly our brain cancer program – TLX-101 – is proceeding to final manufacturing validation after about 6-8 weeks of delay with our contract manufacturer, but we are back on track and we expect to have further updates by end-May, consistent with prior market communication. I would like to express my appreciation to my co-founder Telix’s Chief Medical Officer, Dr Andreas Kluge, for his excellent leadership in launching a multi-program pipeline.
I would also like to express my appreciation to Doug Cubbin, Telix’s Chief Financial Officer, for his financial leadership and for taking charge of the compliance and reporting aspects of our international subsidiaries. We run a lean team but Doug manages to deliver on both the group CFO role as well as increasingly support me with the business development activities of the company as we begin to reach the commercial stage of our development.
Over the next 12 months you can expect to see further evidence of our progress through regular clinical program updates, business development and partnership-related news flow. One of the benefits of developing a late-stage pipeline is that there is plenty to tell shareholders and we will continue to do our utmost to provide transparent and meaningful progress updates. We are also in

the process of overhauling our communication tools, such as the company website, which should enable us to do a more effective job of communicating progress.
Again, thank you for your trust and support and we look forward to continuing to demonstrate that we are creating value for both shareholders and patients.
