Changes in number of shares in Telia Company AB (publ)

In accordance with the resolution at the Annual General Meeting on April 10, 2019, Telia Company AB (publ) has cancelled 120,544,406 repurchased treasury shares.

As of May 31, 2019, the total number of shares and votes in the company, including the treasury shares held by Telia Company AB (publ), amount to 4,209,540,375. The number of treasury shares held by Telia Company AB (publ) amount to 17,078,280 shares, corresponding to 0.4 percent of the total amount of shares and votes in the company, which Telia Company AB (publ) cannot vote for.

The share capital of 13,856,271,299.20 SEK remains unchanged, since, simultaneous with the resolution to reduce the share capital by way of cancellation of repurchased treasury shares, it was resolved to increase the share capital by a transfer from non-restricted shareholders' equity to the share capital (bonus issue). Thereby the share capital was restored to its balance prior to the reduction, without the issuing of any new shares.
