FILING OF THE 2024 UNIVERSAL REGISTRATION DOCUMENT

Boulogne-Billancourt, 17 March 2025

TF1 2024 Universal Registration Document was filed with the Autorité des Marchés Financiers (AMF) on 17 March 2025 in HTML format.

The French-language document has been made available to the public free of charge in accordance with applicable regulations and may be viewed from the Group's website at the following address: https://www.groupe-tf1.fr/en. The English-language version will be available from 24 March 2024.

It will also be available on the AMF website: https://www.amf-france.org/en.

The 2024 Universal Registration Document includes in particular:

• The integrated report;
• The annual financial report including consolidated financial statements, parent company financial statements and statutory Auditors' reports;
• Information on fees paid to the Statutory Auditors;
• The report of the Board of Directors, including the report on corporate governance and the sustainability report;
• The report of the Board of Directors on the resolutions submitted to the Annual General Meeting of 17 April 2025;
• The details of the share buyback programme submitted to the Annual General Meeting of 17 April 2025.
