ANNOUNCEMENT

The board of directors (the “Board”) of Yew Sang Hong (Holdings) Limited (the “Company”) announces that Mr. Lai Sai Sang resigned as an executive director and the Chairman of the Company with effect from 19th February, 2003.

The Board would like to express their gratitude to Mr. Lai Sai Sang for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure of service.

The Board further announces that Mr. Hon Ming Kong, an executive director of the Company, was elected and appointed as the Chairman of the Company with effect from 19th February, 2003.
