Resignation of Independent Non-Executive Director

The board of directors of Hong Tong Holdings Limited (the “Company”) announces that Mr. Lam Kwok Cheong has resigned as independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 14 October 2003. The Board would like to express their gratitude to Mr. Lam Kwok Cheong for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure of service.
