ANNOUNCEMENT
The board of directors (the "Board") of Yew Sang Hong (Holdings) Limited ("the Company") announces that Mr. Lam Kwok Cheong was appointed as an independent non-executive director of the Company with effect from 1st February, 2002; and that Mr. Lee Yu Leung was appointed as an executive director of the Company with effect from 1st February, 2002.
The Board also announces that Mr. Yung Kin Sing, Thomas resigned as an executive director of the Company effective from 1st February, 2002.
The Board would like to express their gratitude to Mr. Yung Kin Sing, Thomas for his valuable contribution to the Company during his tenure of service and welcome Mr. Lam Kwok Cheong and Mr. Lee Yu Leung to join the Board.
