Teleste Corporation´s conveyance of own shares based on the long-term incentive plan

Teleste Corporation Stock exchange release 1 April, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. EEST TELESTE CORPORATION´S CONVEYANCE OF OWN SHARES BASED ON THE LONG-TERM INCENTIVE PLAN A total of 14,264 Teleste Corporation's treasury shares were conveyed without consideration to the key employees participating in the Teleste long-term share -based incentive programme launched in 2022. More detailed information about the launch of the plan periods and their terms and conditions is available in a stock exchange releases published on 10 February, 2022. The decision on the directed share issue is based on the authorisation granted to the Board of Directors by the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders held on 11 April, 2024. After the share delivery on 31 March 2025, the company holds a total of 724,134 own shares.
