TELESTE APPLIES FOR LISTING OF STOCK OPTIONS 2007B and 2007C

Teleste Corporation applies for listing of stock option rights 2007B and 2007C
of Teleste Corporation Stock Options 2007 programme on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki
stock exchange to commence on 2 April 2012.

A total of 280,000 stock options 2007B were issued. There are currently 33 key
employees holding a total of 240.000 stock options 2007B. The company currently
holds 40.000 stock options 2007B.

A total of 280,000 stock options 2007C were issued. There are currently 39 key
employees holding a total of 261,000 stock options 2007C. The company currently
holds 19,000 stock options 2007C.

Each stock option 2007B entitles its holder to subscribe for one share of
Teleste Corporation at a subscription price of EUR 6.38. The share subscription
period is from 1 April 2011 to 30 April 2013.

Each stock option 2007C entitles its holder to subscribe for one share of
Teleste Corporation at a subscription price of EUR 3.37. The share subscription
period is from 1 April 2012 to 30 April 2014.

As a result of the exercise of the outstanding stock options 2007B, the number
of the Teleste Corporation shares may increase by a maximum of 280.000 new
shares.

As a result of the exercise of the outstanding stock options 2007C, the number
of the Teleste Corporation shares may increase by a maximum of 280.000 new
shares.

Evli Bank plc acts as a subscription place for share subscriptions with Teleste
Corporation 2007 stock options.

The shares subscribed for under stock options 2007 during 2012 will be
registered in the Trade Register and listed on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki on the
following target dates:
