NEW SHARES IN TELESTE CORPORATION ENTERED INTO THE TRADE REGISTER

Turku, Finland, 2011-12-29 10:45 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TELESTE CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 29.12.2011 AT 11:45 NEW SHARES IN TELESTE CORPORATION ENTERED INTO THE TRADE REGISTER A total of 542,000 new shares subscribed in the share issue of Teleste Corporation have been entered into the Trade Register today on 29 December 2011. The shareholder rights will commence when the new shares have been entered into the Trade Register. After the Trade Register entry of the new shares, the number of the Company's shares will be 18,728,590 shares. The shares entered into the Trade Register will be applied for public trading on NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd on 30 December 2011.
