TELESTE CORPORATION’S SHARES SUBSCRIBED WITH STOCK OPTIONS

Turku, Finland, 2013-11-13 08:30 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TELESTE CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 13.11.2013 AT 09:30 TELESTE CORPORATION'S SHARES SUBSCRIBED WITH STOCK OPTIONS A total of 14 000 shares have been subscribed for with Teleste Corporation's 2007C stock options by 25 October 2013. As a result of the share subscriptions, the number of Teleste's shares will increase to 18 776 320 shares. The increase in new shares has been entered into the Finnish trade register on 13 November 2013. The subscribed shares will be listed on the NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd and trading will commence along with the old shares as of 14 November 2013.
