TELESTE CORPORATION: FLAGGING NOTIFICATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH CHAPTER 9, SECTION
10 OF THE SECURITIES MARKETS ACT
Teleste Corporation has received a notification from Mandatum plc on 1 October,
2023, in accordance with the Finnish Securities Markets Act Chapter 9, Section
5. According to the notification, the legal person exercising ultimate control
over the shares subject to the flagging obligation held by Mandatum Life
Insurance Company Limited has changed from Sampo plc to Mandatum plc in
connection with the partial demerger of Sampo plc on 1 October 2023.
According to the notification, Mandatum plc owned indirectly a total of 1
683 900 shares in Teleste Corporation on 1 October 2023. The holding corresponds
to 8.87 per cent of all shares and votes in Teleste Corporation.
