TELESTE RECEIVES 4.0 MILLION EURO VIDEO SURVEILLANCE ORDER FROM CHICAGO

Turku, Finland, 2012-11-20 09:30 CET (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- TELESTE CORPORATION STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 20.11.2012 AT 10:30 TELESTE RECEIVES 4.0 MILLION EURO VIDEO SURVEILLANCE ORDER FROM CHICAGO Teleste LLC, a fully owned subsidiary of Teleste Corporation, has received a mobile video management and recording solution order for 700 railcars for the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA). The order includes the supply of Teleste's VMX mobile network video recording and management software solutions for onboard recording, IP networking equipment as well as their technical integration into the overall CTA video management system. Teleste's video management system and equipment have previously been installed in 146 rail stations within CTA and this order expands this system to an integrated video surveillance solution for a better protection of the public against crime and potential terrorism. Teleste's onboard solution represents a great expansion potential for other similar projects globally. The system deliveries are expected to be completed within 2013 and the order value is approximately 4.0 million euros.
