The procedure for merger by acquisition of Avtenta, napredne poslovne rešitve, d.o.o

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

On 10 December 2020 Telekom Slovenije, d.d., announced the start of the process of merger by acquisition of its subsidiary Avtenta, napredne poslovne rešitve, d.o.o., with a planned conclusion of activities by 1 April 2021. There has been a delay in the course of performing all the required activities, and we shall notify  the shareholders of all upcoming milestones in the process. 

The announcement will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
