TSmedia, d.o.o. Increases Capital in Antenna TV SL, d.o.o.
Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby notifies the public that, in line with the agreement of 26 August 2016, Telekom Slovenije's subsidiary TSmedia, d.o.o., increased its share capital in the company Antenna TV SL, d.o.o today. Through the capital increase TSmedia, d.o.o. acquired a 50.1 percent ownership of Antenna TV SL, d.o.o. A prior consent to the stake increase was also given by the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d.
The announcement will also be available on Telekom Slovenije’s website (http://www.telekom.si/) for a period of at least 5 years.
