Employee representatives appointed to the Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d.

Pursuant to the provisions of the Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova ulica 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

The Works Council of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., appointed Drago Kijevčanin, Dušan Pišek and Jana Žižek Kuhar to a four-year term of office as representatives of the employees in the Supervisory Board of  Telekom Slovenije, d.d., to begin on 14 November 2021. The abovementioned employee representatives are also members of the Supervisory Board in the current term of office, which is to expire on 14 November 2021.

The announcement will also be available on the company’s website (www.telekom.si) for a period of at least 5 years.
