Resignation of Supervisory Board Member, Employee Representative

Pursuant to paragraph 1 of Article 17 of the Regulation (EU) no 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 16 April 2014 on market abuse (market abuse regulation) and repealing Directive 2003/6/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council and Commission Directives 2003/124/EC, 2003/125/EC and 2004/72/EC, Article 136 of the Financial Instruments Market Act, Rules of the Ljubljana Stock Exchange and the valid legislation, Telekom Slovenije, d.d., Cigaletova 15, Ljubljana, hereby publishes the following notification:

The Supervisory Board of Telekom Slovenije, d.d., was informed on the resignation of the Supervisory Board member, employee representative, Dean Žigon. Dean Žigon is resigning from the position of an employee representative in the Supervisory Board commencing on Monday, 22 January 2018.

The Works Council of Telekom Slovenije, d.d. anticipates to select a substitute employee representative in the Supervisory Board in February 2018.

This notification shall be accessible on the website of Telekom Slovenije (www.telekom.si) for the period of at least five years following the publication.
