Vienna (pta029/16.01.2012/21:45) - Vienna, 16 January 2012 - The Telekom Austria Group (VSE: TKA, OTC US: TKAGY) has been informed that 15.018% of Telekom Austria AG shares are held directly and indirectly by RPR Privatstiftung, Vienna. In addition, RPR Privatstiftung holds indirectly call options to acquire additional 5.100% of Telekom Austria AG shares.
Marathon Zwei Beteiligungs GmbH, a 100% subsidiary of RPR Privatstiftung, currently holds 66,467,000 shares of Telekom Austria AG, which equates to 15.004% of total Telekom Austria AG shares outstanding. RPR Privatstiftung directly holds 64,721 shares of Telekom Austria AG, which equates to 0.015% of total Telekom Austria AG shares outstanding.
