Annual General Meeting of Telefónica Deutschland resolves dividend of 0.47 Euro per share

– The shareholders of Telefónica Deutschland Holding AG will receive a dividend for the fiscal year 2013 of 0.47 Euro per share (year before: 0.45 Euro). The shareholders at the Annual General Meeting which took place on Tuesday 20th of May in Munich consented to the proposal of the management board and the supervisory board with a majority of 99,99 percent. Therefore about 525 million Euro of the net retained earnings of Telefónica Deutschland will be distributed. The shareholders also agreed with a high majority for the discharge of the members of the management board and of the supervisory board for the financial year 2013. The participation rate at the Annual General Meeting was about 88 percent.

With an even higher quality combined with our innovative and attractive products we achieve enormous additional values for our customers and at the same time sustainable value for our shareholders.”
