Change of Auditor and Notification of Results

Telecom Plus PLC is pleased to announce that, in line with best practice, the Company's audit was put out to tender in early January and the Board has decided to appoint KPMG LLP as auditor.

The change of auditor follows a recommendation by the Audit Committee to the Board based on a formal tender process. The background to the tender of the audit contract will be set out in the Audit Committee Report contained in the Company's Annual Report for the financial year ending 31 March 2015.

BDO LLP has been the Company's auditor since March 2013 following its merger with PKF (UK) LLP who had been in place as the Company's auditor since inception in 1996.  The Board would like to thank the two firms for their many years of service to the Company.

It is expected that the annual results of the Company for the year ending 31 March 2015 will be announced on 3 June 2015.
