Notification of Transactions of Directors/Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibility and Connected Persons

Further to the announcement made on 10 October 2014, Telecom Plus PLC is pleased to confirm that Nick Schoenfeld joined the Board of the Company on 7 January 2015 as Chief Financial Officer. 

In accordance with the terms of his appointment, Nick has been granted options over 300,000 5p ordinary shares of the Company (the "Options").  In line with the Company's remuneration policy the vesting of the Options will be made subject to performance conditions, details of which will be set out in the Company's next Annual Report and Accounts. 

The Options were granted on 7 January 2015 with an exercise price of 1262p per share and will vest according to the following schedule:

No other interests in the ordinary shares of the Company are currently held by Nick Schoenfeld.
