Milan, 31 August 2022 – Notice is hereby given that, today, TIM has made available to the public - at the Company's registered office and on its website (https://www.gruppotim.it/it/investitori/informazioni-regolamentate.html) as well as on the authorised storage mechanism () - the Information Document relating to transactions of greater importance with related parties, in relation to the awarding, following the exercise of a pre-emption right, of the European open tender procedure for the implementation and management of the National Strategic Hub (PSN), by means of a public-private partnership contract. Such Information Document is drawn up pursuant to art. 5 of Consob Regulation no. 17221 of 12 March 2010, as subsequently amended and supplemented, and in accordance with the Procedure for the execution of related parties transactions adopted by TIM.
