TIM: BoD APPROVES THE PROCESS FOR THE SET-UP OF TIM ENTERPRISE LEGAL ENTITY

2023 financial calendar approved

Rome, 9 November 2022

TIM's Board of Directors met today under the chairmanship of Salvatore Rossi and approved the process for the set-up of TIM Enterprise legal entity, in line with what announced at the Capital Market Day on July 7.

The Board also approved the calendar of corporate events for next year, confirming distribution of the quarterly financial reporting for 2023.

February 14	Board of Directors meeting to approve the 2022 preliminary figures and the 2023-2025 business plan
March 15	Board of Directors meeting to approve the draft financial statements for the year and the consolidated financial statements at December 31, 2022
April 20	Shareholders' Meeting to approve the Financial Statements at December 31, 2022
May 10	Board of Directors meeting to approve the financial information at March 31, 2023
August 2	Board of Directors meeting to approve the financial report at June 30, 2023
November 8	Board of Directors meeting to approve the financial report at September 30, 2023

The conference calls to present the accounting data to the financial community will normally be held the day after the Board of Directors meeting for their approval. Any changes to the above dates will be communicated without delay.
