NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF DOCUMENTATION FOR THE SPECIAL MEETING OF SAVINGS SHAREHOLDERS
Milan, 21 January 2026 – Notice is hereby given that, as of today, shareholder Michele Petrera has filed a supplement to the explanatory report of the individual proposal for resolution relating to the sole item on the agenda of the Special Meeting of Savings Shareholders convened for 28 January 2026, as referred to in the previous press release dated 15 January 2026.
The documentation relating to the shareholder's proposal is available:
