TIM: POSITIVE DEVELOPMENTS IN NEGOTIATIONS FOR THE SALE OF SPARKLE

Offer validity extended by agreement between the parties until 15 March

TIM announces that today's Board of Directors has acknowledged the positive evolution of negotiations with MEF and Retelit regarding the Sparkle offer.

The company agreed to an extension until 15 March to allow the finalisation of the preparatory steps for the final decision on the offer.
