TIM: NETCO CLOSING SET FOR 1 JULY
Rome, 24 June 2024
TIM announces that it has set together with KKR the closing for the sale of NetCo to Optics BidCo S.p.A. for July 1.
As a consequence of the disposal and of the need to take into account the economic and financial effects of the transaction, TIM informs that 2024 corporate calendar, previously published, has been modified to provide that the Board of Directors will meet on 31 July to examine the preliminary data at 30 June 2024 and on 26 September to approve the interim report.
